Commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy we are organising an informational journey to Germany. It is aimed towards members of the Croatian manufacturing industry, educational system and related associations.
During the trip participants will gain insight into the German system of vocational education and training (VET), and the possible solutions it entails for problems in the Croatian labour market. T
he journey will take place from the 18th to the 21st of September. While staying in two major cities in Germany the group will experience a varied programme, organised by us in close cooperation with our Croatian partner Genius Consulting. Not only will participants be able to visit companies that have been implementing the VET system successfully, but will also get to know the educational institutions that provide the necessary training. Furthermore, we are planning a Croatian-German presentation and networking event. This will give attendees the opportunity to exchange experiences and meet potential project or business partners.
The project is financed by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy, Croatian participants will only bear accommodation and flight costs.
